"I don't think it's necessarily designed to make people faster all of the time," he says. "You're teaching a little bit of rhythm, you're getting some like, plyometric ability in there along the way." The amount of kids that just have really, they struggle to skip of any kind is very high and can be taught at younger levels. But then I think maybe when they get to the, the, the very top level athletes and they're still doing the same A skips and B skips and whatever other drills, 20 years later, maybe that's where they should bemaybe moving on from that stuff. 'It gives them something to focus on'
