Start with inversion, and you'll understand the problems that you really get value from solving. This doesn't just work with established companies, but I liked both of these examples. If you have an idea you're working on, I implore you to sketch out a landing page for it that everyone would ignore. Lots of tech people are finding themselves unemployed right now. Think about what an awful decision for your next job would look like.
