The Importance of Stimulus Control

You don't want to anchor your bed in bedroom with hyper arousal and wakefulness. So we there's something called stimulus control. And essentially what that means is if you're not able to initiate sleep or you're sleeping and then you're tossing and turning, you want to actually remove yourself from the bed and go to a place and have a plan for what to do. It might be reading a book, meditating, breathing, might just doing something that's relaxing and boring and just do it. Then the second, I call it the second sleep bus will eventually come,.
