Finding the Right Therapist Is Not Easy

Finding the right therapist is not easy. I think particularly finding someone that works more semantically based, so examples would be like a Hukomie method or sematic experiencing. This is like Bessel van der Kalk stuff. Peter Levine is another example of that. He created semantic experiencing. If you find someone that's able to guide you into those parts of yourself from a sematic lens or an embodied way, the body has so much to share. And just like finding a path towards really loving it all, accepting it all, speaking it all,. speak all the hard, all the hard stuff.
