How to Structure Your Max Effort Work

Most of the time you're not miraculously going to fix whatever that sticking point is in one session. So what are the different things that can go together that fit those considerations that can lay into that program? And then once you have those, how can they be structured in the program in the most effective way? I personally think most people that are listening to this need some kind of phasic structure to the max effort work if it's two weeks or three weeks. There's multiple ways to basically go about structuring things, or you could hit it for a single on that second week. It doesn't matter.
