Bands can be fantastic, caus they're so light. Nd, there's no risk of dropping it on yourself. Like to train all kinds of positions that would normally be tricky to perform. And the idea b high and superfunctional training. Soy, functional training has got this u bad rep as as a name, because it's so broad. It doesn't really describe anything. So my my argument is that we are functional, like you say, because our life style doesn't demand much from us. The problem is that we sometimes need to do something else. But i say: 'You should be more functional'
