Coaching and the Developmental Role

I grew up with a father who was a coach in the rock club since mid 70s. I always been interested in the human psyche after high school and some studying in psychology that I went to work in a mental hospital. He worked there for about five, six years in the psychiatric ward and then he was asked to work in an institution where children or adolescents who couldn't live at home where the government to care. And ended up running one of the institutions with five to six lessons and a staff of 25 people maybe. But it made me really natural and then I was a cyclist myself and  was a cyclist until I the end of the juniors but I got like a knee injury
