How Much Alcohol Do Bitters Contain?

I was talking to somebody about the challenge and they suggested that they're go to non-acolic drink at a bar is like sparkling waters or soda with a couple of dashes of bitters and a wedge of lime. I was like, you know, I have all that stuff in the house. Do bitters count? The bitters count is alcohol. So when you can get at the question store Yeah, I'd say that totally counts as alcohol. But it's just a purely alcoholic ingredient you're adding. Seems like cheating.
