The Role of the Manager in the Workplace

We are seeing that close to 40% of the overall working population self reports being burned out. What managers can do is start by having the conversation, literally start with, how are you doing? And what is it that excites you? How does what we're doing link into your own sense of purpose and really try to engage the team? The role the manager is key in that aligning with purpose and at some level inspiring in the practical day to day. It looks like you got a bit much going on. How can I help? Then following up with ways to tactically help if the managers aren't there to help lead or follow up.
