I like to say that I'm too chaotic for habit tracking, but I started doing the habit tracking with loop for work reasons. You can also right now on most of these tracking apps, you can set like a reminder like a notification. And I would definitely eight p.m. before you go to bed. After the child is asleep and you've got time to like be an adult, definitely have a reminder.
