How to Control the Intensity of Your Training

A lot of people, or the are used to five sone systems. Four would basely go up to the second threshold. Waeeneg sorry, real quickly. I think i understand completely why it would be better in some ways, if you can control the intensity. So even though i personally use a five sone system as well, i do like your use of four sones. It makes more sense, to be honestn than five cents for four to three cent.
