The Transformation Programme

I was thinking of trying the transformation programme, but hi've never done snatches with bar bells before. So that programm has three explosive lifts, the power curl, the clean grip, snap snatch and the whip snatch. My first thought was to substitute kettle bells for the bar bell. And that lift, boy, we tried to make that work, and i'll be honest with the jesse, i couldn't make so we kept trying it. It could als me i didn't try very hard to make it work. Go back, you know, as you will when you get more experience. You would probably lose some of the benefits of what we're tring to do.
