How to Communicate Differently
Keep your standards high when you're dating and don't put yourself in positions that are going to make you attach more quickly than what is healthy for you. Work on the behavior first. That's finding a deeper breath. That's calling a friend. That's exercising, moving your body. You do not have to earn someone's love. And these are some of my biggest takeaways. Once I healed this inside myself, and when I was starting to heal this inside myself,. Just remember you're accountable. It doesn't mean it sounds so rude.
