Defining Concepts and the Role of CTAs in Systems

The importance of defining concepts before delving into details and the idea of systems without CTAs (Call-to-Actions) are discussed in this chapter. Examples are given to illustrate these concepts, and an invitation to join cohort nine of the OUx certification program is extended.
