Lactate and Fatigue

Lactate doesn't cause fatigue when it's elevated in the blood. There are transporters on cells that send out and take in three carbon molecules. If we stop everything below pyruvate we actually end up with a little bit more lactate than pyruvates. The Krebs cycle is aerobic technically the entire Krebs cycle happens without oxygen.
