Getting Anger Is One of the Ways We Can Help Our Clients
Getting angry is one of the ways we try to protect ourselves or people please how do I get myself back into a position of goodness with somebody else. One's experience of shame is contextual in like their experience of the world at that moment you know thinking for myself when I'm particularly vulnerable because of whatever much more likely to experience shame. If it goes haywire if the shame becomes too big it becomes unmanageable enough that it bleeds over into other aspects of our lives and becomes quote unquote pathological which is a whole separate conversation of what is pathology.
