How to Optimize Intermittent Fasting for Training, Body, and Social Life

I recommend just doing a short fast. I essentially fast for the first five hours of the day. Then I eat a moderate sized meal or a small meal with some protein, some fruit. And then I basically go and have a big feast at around dinner time. Even if I'm lean bulking, I'll still do the fast. It just makes life fun.
