What's the Difference Between Overreaching and Overtraining?
The goal of training is to get a trainable effect. And if we can't get that trainable effect on the athlete, we can I mean, there's it's easy to work you really hard and get you tired. But getting the trainable effect is a very delicate thing. Can a quick and cassy type situation actually be an existing reality without severe repercussions? The answer is no way. It's totally made up like, come on. You're riding that razor's edge.
