The Kettle Bell Sweat Is Good for Weight Over the Bar
I have a strong man competition coming up in about 12 weeks. What movements would you recommend to train for the event? I have no throwing cas so no throw ing experience. And do not have a good command of the olympogliffs, if that matters. Well, i always thought the snatch, especially the clean grip snatch, was really good for the weight over bar. Kettle bell snatches are very good for weight over the bar. You also practise the event with a medicine ball.
