"It's so hard to like change the way that we look at these things, but you know, you were just sitting for a while and you stood up and you stretched a little bit and you sat back down and like now you feel nothing. That's even more evidence to us that there's nothing structurally wrong with you," he says. "If you do feel a sensation, that's cool. It's just like an opportunity for us to get some practice paying attention to it through this lens of like interest and curiosity."
