Do You Prioritise Vegetables Over Fruits?
I think fruit can be a very helpful part of a healthy diet basically. But I always prioritize vegetables because I think that's what people are eating enough. And so I say it's best to split your fruits up across the day as opposed to have it all at once. Protein is, you know, it really helps fill people up, doesn't it? It's great for stabilizing blood sugar. Usually they're quite low on their proteins. If I start my day on protein, my day goes really, really well. So we've gone for hydration, then you go to vegetables, then lots of fruits. And we've got some eggs, of course.
