A Basketball Hoop and an Affiliate Workout
"I have some really fun memories at gyms with a basketball hoop where we would incorporate that into our Sunday workout," he says. "Once in a while, I pick up the basketball and that's how I warm up for my workout." He suggests dabbling in these other activities can have a huge carryover.
