The Importance of Timing in Credit Investing
The average yields of subinvestment grade debt are near double digits. Back when interest rates were zero, one would have had to take significantly more risk to earn a 10% yield. And while rates may not be this high in the future, we don't see a clear reason for rates to go back to zero either.
