Loyalty is a two-way relationship so customers that show loyalty to the brand and then the brand needs to show loyalty to them. I thought inflation button was an interesting way of doing product or service recommendation not necessarily just for cost of living but actually there are all sorts of ways that programs could use that device to recommend new things to their members what have you both seen and recently that you thought wow that's really cool or something that you're particularly proud of?
