The Negative Effects of Creatine on VO2 Max

The only negative side of creatine is that it could actually increase body mass. But to me, there's no real detriment to creatine on VO2 max. And then particularly for cycling or swimming, I think it could be have a positive effect on performance. So maybe you could push that energy system a little bit further with creatine in the muscle.
