How to Get Rid of Hourly Billing and Hourly Tracking

I was just paused there for one second because I've heard other people who in a different space it's usually like legal where the employees are. And they're not as comfortable kind of guaranteeing it. But anyway that's that sometimes happens with employees but that wasn't the case with you. So, anything once I let the cat out of the bag.
