Sally Kohn: I'm kind of seeing the range of practices that are all basically saying exactly what you just said. You know, this feeling that other people will judge us and sometimes from these unlikely places will get complete unconditional love or at least expect it. And how do we widen that so that we can be that present with so many different things? She says there's a Tibetan practice called handshake practice which is like a very primary kind of mindfulness. "You don't like to pulverize them. You don't try to annihilate them"
