School De Segregation - Is There a Solution?

Children who fail in this system become jealous and resentful of the successes, putting them down as teachers pets. This competitive process does not encourage ny one to look benevolently upon his fellow students. There are solid reasons for pursuing class room integration. We must be cautious in our approach to school de segregation - not to throw out the baby because it is sitting in some dirty bath water.
