I was suiked for mismanagement by several hotel owners. My concern was, how can i keep every customer? How can I keep every get? For me, a great organization, to me, dost four things. Number one, keep the customers that you have. Never lose a customer. Be sure your customer goes out and mence you and wants to come back. And number four, you work efficiently, not cheap efficient. So bhat you do? Well, it was very, very simply this very reason.
