The Importance of Heart Rate in Training
Heart rate is just, power is just the output still. Altitude is the other big one with that as well. So I find a couple of things. That's definitely not a perfect solution or a perfect definition of what it can do because I understand there are limitations. But using a combination of heart rate and power together, you get a lot more context about what's going on. And then from there you make little nuance changes to explore the different realms of performance and stuff.
