The Role of Implicit Bias Training in Interviewing

The Harvard IIT offers implicit bias training. It's a great starting point to looking at bias in your interview season and your faculty if you were just getting started. AAIM has recommendations for the different groups that you may be trying to particularly recruit in your program such as LGBTQ or IMG or URIM. The most common one I think is the Harvard IIT, it's free. And we do know that it raises our awareness of our own biases.
