Creatine and Metabolic Effects

Creatine is considered, if ATP or a dentacy triphosphate is the main cellular energy of the cell. It's primarily found in red meat, seafood and poultry. Seafood probably has the highest concentration of dietary creatine. 95% of it that you take in is in skeletal muscle, about less than 5% is in our brain bone and testes.
