Is Quiet Quitting a Bullshit?
I think the idea of quiet quitting is kind of bullshit, honestly. But I certainly think that because of a confluence of events between pandemic, labor market, talent shortages, stock market, et cetera, there is a large number of people who have been like, you know what, I'm going to do my actual job and not continually be made to feel guilty for not doing a bunch of other shit that impedes into my life. It's it is completely to me kind of a media craze. Not it's not like something suddenly happened overnight. And now we're all talking about it. Like the pandemic, this feels like just a way to put a label
