I have gotten in the habit over the years to pretty much entire flight. Now i pretty much meditate the whole time, whil listen to the new comtracts or joe,. I mean, i'll be over there three or four hours meditatining. On long flights, everyone else is like, up, eaten snacks. You know, sleeping is still a fasting sate. So again, anything that's feeding our brain while we're trying to do all that recovery, sleep stuff is good for us.
