Evad specializes in patient contact systems for g p surgeries. Can know what they 're doing, presumably for the management of these centres. One key thing we do though is around reducing cues. When you're call ing your surgery at eight a m in the morning, and it says you are 30 first in the cue, you have to wait half an hour. So it gives you the option to just press one button, put the phone down, walk away, make a cup of tea. The phone will then ring back automatically when they get to the front of the cue.
