The Importance of Tracking Stimulus

In many exercises this presents itself as a problem and the tracking is not as important as the imposition of the stimulus because you're there to get the stimulus. If we could potentially find a method of training that combined the best of three worlds, world number one is the imposition of most of the tension at longer muscle length. Two is the ability to track the stimulus very well with a full range of motion. Three is to be able to at least theoretically shut off the boxes of what we're not skipping the top third or top half.
