Is Personalization of Sleep Important?

There are a few different ways by which they can destruct your sleep. If we expose ourselves to artificial light at night, then we're effectively telling our bodies that it's the daytime and therefore to engage in daytime activities. Smart phone use can be particularly problematic for people who suffer from insomnia. And social mediators such as t v or net flicks can also cause problems because their content is often very stimulating. So getting pones out of bedrooms was definitely a good idea for people who have sleep difficulties.
