The Importance of Perception in UX

Carl and I knew we didn't want to write a deeply philosophical book. We also weren't writing an instructional how-to book that will be, you know, thrown out in a year or two. Part of the book is motivated by this idea like, well, knowledge work is not just what happens on a screen. It's going to start happening in ways that are much more physical,. Much more drawing from our experience in a three-dimensional world as physical beings with hands and feet.
