How to Be Positive When You're on Holiday
Think of a time in your life when you've been enjoying yourself, for example. And then the trick of this exercise is to remember that feeling. So i take those two things out with me. I take external focus, seeing what actually is there in front of me and hearing what is actually there. It just changes my physiology a bit. Just relaxes me a bit before i do it. The other thing that you can try that is really works surprisingly well, is you want to be positive when you're going to have a little chat with somebody. You want to be outgo positive, cheerful.
