Are You Running to or Running From?

When nick first met his wife, i would come to sell in california for a week every six weeks. And then gradually that reverse till i'd be back in to buy a week out of every xweeks. When we became pregnant with our daughter, my wife pretty much said, ok, it's time for you to o, not be there and not travel there. I spent the next couple of years a re grooming the agency that it was not dependent on me - which is hard to do for a markting agency. So i had enough time to do that. Can you think of any other very tactical things that you did to enable your company to run without you there?
