"There's a bishop in every kitchen, like Sri Lankan dishwashers. I've learned so much from Sri Lankan dudes that can barely speak English," he says. "Everybody under the age of 30 is fucking each other." The restaurant industry is very incestuous and cross breeding occurs between different restaurants,. But by and large, people spend so much time at the restaurant it's hard to meet other people.
