The Final Crux of Social Anxiety

The final crux of this for social anxiety is to actually go out and be social I know I cringed to but going out or meeting up with someone at the park or you know doing something like if you're doing on dating apps or whatever. Find some random things that you're good at and let's do that thing so we feel good about ourselves. We can talk more nicely to ourselves maybe we have some coping skills along the way that we pick up, use those resources  and it's slowly but surely we prove to our brain that social situations aren't terrifying they're not gonna end horribly.
