I think most athletes have probably had a bout of shin soreness over their athletic years. If the athlete out there has shin pain on the inside of their shin and it's greater than five centimeters, they're likely okay to continue. And if you've got bone stress, you need to obviously rest it. In preparation for the Kansi, a man a few years ago, I developed about of this, and I was a bit disappointed.
