The Barriers to Working With Clients

I'm going to ask and see what happens here. What stops the company from saying yes to working with you? My understanding, again, feel free to correct me or not, is that they don't pay for that until you get somewhat higher. You're different. There are different models of recruitment. So I am in retained recruitment where part of our fee is taken up front so that both sides are committed. Sometimes it comes down to budget, sometimes companies have a recruitment team internally, etc.
