The Catch-22 of Anticipatory Design

The biggest joy I get from the digital world we live in is when it does work. And stuff does all tie together and it does work seamlessly. When you've got this extremity of the two sides to this, complete failure and disaster, I think complete happiness and success when it works. We're saying that we're taking away interfaces, but still we need interfaces for artificial intelligence. You can try things, but don't do it too far.
