In the early days of a business, u premely one where you have ambitious building ahead of you, it's going to be tough for people from the legacy industry to come in. And i think if we had tried to recruit senior leaders from our industry too early, they would have come in and been like, o well, this adorable little start up will never be valuable. You kind of need some of that naive enthusiasm that people who don't have domain experts bring. The things that are imperfect to day, i am here to solve, like literally the reason we are here. It's to figure out all the things we haven't built yet and build them together.
