I used to allocate eight hours for the sleeping process. I now allocate nine because I'm often 15 minutes late. It takes me 15 minutes to actually fall asleep. If I want to get eight hours of sleep at night, I need to allocate nine. We are pretty liberal with sleep tracker holidays when that becomes a bit of a problem. So they're good in that they help us see what's going on. But I think the most powerful benefit is the one you just described,. Actually, it's a bit ofa compliance tool. And it's a reminder.
