The Importance of Slow Breathing

Cumulation is not just the benefit but the skill of it yes and to feel that which I think is such a rare feeling these days because I'm talking for my own life now personal purely anecdote when I feel when I do my relaxation practice which I think I do more and more. When can you commit to taking five slow breaths is it when you're hopping to bed at night first thing in the morning or on public transport going to work? It's part of the training traffic exactly just keep your eyes open that's all yeah.
