How to Improve Your Running Biomechanics

Biomechanics can't predict injuries, but it can tell us where an athlete may be at risk. We use running retraining or gate modifications as a tool in our toolbox to help basically deload sore areas and help the athlete get back on track. But we know that running gate retraining doesn't stick long term. So it's a short term intervention to deload an injury, an area that's that's sore.
