The Biggest Takeaway From Blitzkilling
In some ways, it must have actually been a relief because people are wondering what you're going to do. And at least now they know what you'regoing to do. I think we did dial down some of our less efficient marketing channels. For me, the biggest takeaway when we switched from blitzkilling to efficient scaling was, maybe I should have done this sooner. It just unlocked more speed and more growth for us.
